Text Messaging Terms
Cohen Litigation PLLC uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate directly with clients and prospective clients who have provided their telephone number and agreed to be contacted by text. Messages relate to your matter, your inquiry, scheduling, and other communications in the course of our professional relationship. This is conversational, one-to-one communication, not a marketing or promotional program.
By providing your telephone number to the Firm and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Cohen Litigation PLLC at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of engaging the Firm or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on the course of your communication with the Firm.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in.
For help, reply HELP or contact us at rob@cohenlitigation.com or 212.257.1901.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
